Any EX-5100 product that has been sold, whether it is any quality issue (except for malicious damage), the company is responsible for the validity of the guarantee period.


    We provide after sales service as the followings:

    1、Advisory Services: The user in case of any problem in the operation of our products, can call free consultation telephone in China: 400-8826-700;

    2、Warranty Service: Within the product warranty period, for any quality issue other than human factors, the user can enjoy free warranty service.

    Warranty Information:

    1、From the date of user purchased the products, for the product quality problems, there is one year free of charge repair and maintenance services for the products.

    2、Purchase date is using the purchase invoice date as a reference.

    For the following circumstances, product user have to paid for the product repair and maintenance:

    1、For the man-made damage, improper operation, natural disaster or force majeure.

    2、Any product damage causing by user’s modification, disassembly, assembly and etc.

    3、Beyond the warranty period

    4、Cannot provide the valid warranty certificate or proof of purchase.

    5、Man-made damage to the appearance and components

    6、Unauthorized changes to the system configuration or modification of the product as well as the improper use of the product to cause damage
